Before the Civil War the Divided (United) States Constitution did not provide specific protections for voting. Qualifications for voting were matters that neither the Constitution nor Federal (laws) Rules Governed.
At that time, although a few Northern States permitted a small number of (free) black men to register and vote. Slavery and restrictive State (laws) Rules and practices led the franchise to be exercised almost exclusively by white males.
President Johnson signed the resulting legislation into (law) Rules on (Jamaica Independence) August 6, 1965. Section 2 of the Act, which closely followed the language of the 15th (= 6) Amend-ment, applied a Nationwide prohibition against the denial or abridgment of the right to vote on the literacy tests on a Nationwide basis.
(Spirit of Truth) The eagle (America) fought to become a Democratic Country so the wings separated itself from the lion (the king) in their desire to choose whom they want to lead them.
This two Party system came with the defeat of the king who ruled by Divine Rights, meaning the Rights Ordained by the Creator.
The people felt that a single voice was dictatorship, and claim that they needed to have more than one choice or voice!
(More than one voice brought with it conflict in Idea and Tongue (Tower Of Babel) and also the division of Captive Israel that was now held under a new authority "Liberty" and her City once New but has grown Old (Old York City) in wickedness).
Divine Rights lost the authority (in the Revolution), not because the kings’ claim is wrong (for too many rats cannot dig a good hole). The problem was that the king became self-serving, and neglected to obey the Divine Authority he was himself under, so he was seen as a Tyrant.
As you know the History, the king surrendered in York Town Virginia the First State of America, called “Old Dominion”. It is there that the Kingdom became Queendom.
In the Virginia Seal the king is seen lying on the ground with the woman foot on top of him (the enemy became her footstool) and her motto is “Death to Tyranny”.
The eagle took to flight in “York” Town Virginia and landed in, “York” College, located in South “Jamaica” Queens, one of the 5 Borough of Old “York” City.
When the Republic became a Democratic Nation, Virgin Israel in bondage thought that she too was also rid of a tyrant but was left without a king.
All that Democracy did was to take the authority and made it a Queendom that proclaimed Liberty and Justice for all! While captive Israel ended up selling themselves not to just one but two Tyrannies.
To be given the opportunity to have the right to choose seems to be the freedom that replaces dictatorship. Yet for the slave and everyone else it remained a dictatorship under a veil.
Slaves weren't supposed to have the right to choose who they want to lead them; theirs fate and destiny was already (sealed) written for them by those that own them.
This is still the Reality but the free-dumb that comes with Education, has blinded them to their own reality and have them living in denial. By their denial Africa is Divided and kept in Darkness and Poverty.
They decided to march (which is also the Month that welcomes Spring) for the right to vote, and you ask yourself what for? How does it benefit them?
Whether they voted on the left or the right of Democracy, they would be voting for one of two new masters that cannot even speak in (harmony) a single voice!
The Eagle was united in its desire to break away from the Lion, but their desire to choose created division, that made them turn against themselves in a bloody and violent Civil War.
They even had slaves fighting on both sides of the fence, immune to the fact that they are fighting a war that has nothing to do with theirs Liberty.
Their only victory is the fact that they had to give up their Dignity and accept the Image of their new Slave Mistress, (Liberty) which Education taught them to do with Pride.

By creating the two party system, leadership moved into a new category called competition, as to who can get the Majority to give them the privilege to sit in the seat of the fallen king!
They teach you that this is a competitive World, but they are unable to compete with (a woman they name) Sandy, or the Moon that governs the Tides, ( not the one collected by the Church).
If the Universe should become Competitive as Earth people is made to believe, none would not be alive to even use the word.
Those that live above the realm of Education saw that the competition that came with the right to choose climaxed to the state of Insanity.
Each Party has to compete against themselves to see who will survive to lead what remain of the party.
The survivor that emerge victorious in each party must now arm themselves with the strength of liberty (money) so as to do verbal battle that is so expensive, they could use the money to alleviate a lot of suffering in the City caused by Sandy.
Democracy have become the Queen of Tyranny so that the king is now Justified, waiting to be given back his Authority that unifies the people under One Divine Voice. "Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done On Earth".
Because the king refused to obey the Authority of his Maker, he was called a Tyrant by his subjects and rebellious Wife, she who is called Vashti. (in the Old Testament Book of Esther).
She to whom the authority was given (the eagle), instead of doing what the king had refused to do, (which is to bow to the Higher Authority) she became twice as rebellious and cruel to the Captives she Inherited from the king, and to the Native Inhabitants who First Welcomed Her.

(Spirit of Truth) It is form the throne born out of the humility of Slavery that the king now speaks; He too was brought into this Slavery by the eagle that took the authority.
The Laws of Life must be set Free from deception, division, conflict, confusion, war and competition which is the Insanity of Democracy.
The Natural Law of Life must come from One Divine Authority, which is "The Earth Is The Creator And The Fulness Thereof" with the Motto; “Out Of Many One People”. “ (One for All, and All for One).
By cutting down the Tree, Democracy replaced the king, with a dead dictator (Money) and its Image of free-dumb, (Liberty).
Money was made the new (Caesar) dictator that was set up to serve the Image, “Liberty”. By money she is given total control over every aspect of human living, with the power to blind those that are enslaved by her witchcraft.
The reason why the slaves were not suppose to vote is the fact that given this right, they could become the spoiler and sway an election especially to a candidate that seem to be lenient to their cause and as we saw their vote was used to influence this election.
For this reason they became violent against M.L.King who stood up to demand the voting right bill be passed.
But then you again ask yourself why would the slave choose to become a sacrifice, to have the right to vote when the choices given them are the same, one of two slave master?
Life is destined and those that were chosen for active roll can only fulfill the Destiny written for them.
King was sent to condemn them not with the Laws of Life, but by their own man made rules that they choose not to uphold when it came to the rights of those that they made themselves lords and masters over.

(Spirit of Truth) King saw the hopelessness at the End of his journey and submitted himself to the Faith of Abram by leading the people to the Mountain Top and showed them the Promise Land and they turned back.
He accepted his Fate knowing that those to whom the authority over Life was given did not want him turning the people away from their masters.
They made sure that all who wanted to be the leaders of their people keep them in the fold, by killing the Final Vision of King.
Captive Israel chose to be a Landless people, hoping to be accepted and integrated as an equal in their lords and masters sin of covetousness which lead to theft, then murder and occupation.
Given the right to vote slave became encouraged that for the first time (with the help of some that are of their masters own race), they would be able to influence destiny by some day putting one from their own in the seat of authority.
This new pride became destined fulfillment and so brought new hope, that this leader would champion their cause, because they have been locked out for so long, but it didn’t happen.
Being of mixed blood, the highest seat given to Obama in the White House is that of an overseer, not a master.

What did the masters (Democratic Republican) do to Obama in his first term in the seat of authority? They tied his hands and feet and let him make decisions that champion their cause rather than the cause of the downtrodden.
They were sending a message to the minority that if they want their hardship to end, they should remove the house slave from the seat of authority, and the master will take care of their material Lust.
The Democratic Republicans was confident that this would be their strength in taking back the seat of authority. Not that it maters, because they have the power anyway, but they would rather do it with the formality that comes with voting, to show that Democracy works for All!
(News) Romney had purchased victory fireworks " Things didn't go as planned for Mitt Romney on Election Day in more ways than one," says Glen Johnson at The Boston Globe.
"The Republican was prepared to celebrate his election as the 45th president with an eight-minute fireworks display within view of his party at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center."
The Romney campaign reportedly paid $25,000 for fireworks that "had a patriotic theme, heavy on red, white, and blue colors."
(Spirit of Truth) It is said the Romney campaign spent $5,000 on relief supplies to Hurricane Sandy, in contrast to the $25,000 spent on fireworks that was not a part of the Destiny!
So why did the election fire not work for Romney? (1) Sandy help to put out the fire (2) The minority voted in Obama for a second term based more upon race pride rather than accomplishment.
If you look at the President accomplishment towards those at the bottom under his leadership in the past four years, its as if they step back in time, yet they re-elected him?
From the time that they were (physically) shackled under the king, and then (spiritually) under Liberty; Captive Israel voice have been made silent and their needs have hardly been met, by all 43 Presidents who have sat in the kings seat of authority.
Although things have not improved under Obama, they chose to stick with the same face that is a reflection of theirs, for to them he is still new and a first.

But then no one can stop destiny, it is bigger than mans desire and ego. The Creator used the people to influence the decision and outcome of the election.
Obama is a man of destiny. His name (Barak) in Hebrew means “Lightening Strikes", and Lightening is taken out of Judgment.
The Election was not just a two Party race; there was a third party involved, which is written within the Book of Corinthians.

(Spirit of Truth) The people claim that the Church is the place to fellowship. They sing, dance and praise the Lord, they claim to be born again and filled with the Holy Ghost.
They profess their love for Christ, and condemn others to hell, those who do not know Jesus. At the end of this show of love, they turn to man and his invention of sin (money) for their Salvation.
But what is worse, the man that they now look to for salvation have nothing to give them except material promise without substance.
Whatever he promise the people, he has to seek it from his earthly masters, those to whom the Creator allowed to take possession of the Land.
Since it is a choice between holding on to the promise that comes from man, and the Promise given to Abram from the Creator to whom Everything Belongs. What made Captive Israel refuse to hold on to the Promise of Life?

(Spirit of Truth) If the people can hold on to a promise given to them by man from the time their Ancestors accepted Abraham Lincoln as their father until now, why would they complain that the Creator (to whom all Life belongs) is taking too long to fulfill the Promise made to them?
Why did Barak choose to run for a second term? The possession of the Land was not given into his hand, or he could have change the name of the House that is White from the time it was Built.
The entitlement of a house slave is nothing more than a few privileges that he has to use with the uttermost care so as not to anger his masters. So as to appease the masters he uses the privilege to make war against his own self.
What can he offer Captive Israel but promises? His masters, those that he thought would help him in his first term tied his hands and feet.
Can you tell the owners and makers of useless money, what to do? Do you believe that money have any use to those that make it? It only become useful to those that are put under its spell, those that were never born Free.

Where is the outcry of the Church, those that claim to be the upholder of the Commandments? They will argue and fight as to which day is the right day to worship and how you should serve God. But they are all united in giving the other Six Days to the service an Idol (money) which they expect to collect on the day of their worship.
She who gives liberty, does so only when you accept to become her slave and whore, then she offer you a job wherein you are rewarded with (Life) money with the words written on it "In God We Trust".
There are more homeless people in the City under the present mayor who is the richest mayor to rule over her. Extreme wealth creates extreme poverty, and that is why homelessness has grown under Mayor Doom (Bloom) berg.
Obama could have respectfully bowed out by being Truthful to the people, letting them know that he tried but ran into obstacles that he cannot move.
He should have taken his family and give back the White House to all the vampires that have inhabited it and so gain the respect of the people who saw that he had to bend over in a compromise, which was and is a defeat, for it is without strength.
Why would he continue to have his hands and feet bound (Lazarus) in order to fulfill personal ambition of being called a two-term President? Personal ambition is placed above the welfare of the people whose life will be made more hard.
The people are bound under a spell that makes them unable to get off the merry-go-round. Yet, those that they have turned to by voting, send them deeper into hardship and self destruction?
Their love and devotion for their Maker in the place of their worship is only lip service, their heart is far from the Creator of Life, for at the end of the day they still choose the promises of man that comes by way of Liberty! (even as the wrath of Mother Nature is sent as a warning)
I would like to know what example has the President and his Wife set for their Children? The seat that he is sitting in even if it tied his hands and feet it did not shackle his conscience or mind.
Being the first Family of Color he could have accomplished the greatest work above any that sat in the seat. I am not speaking of material accomplishment, this Nation have already been condemned because of their material (war-ship) worship. It is only in Morality, Integrity and Faith that lives within the Truth, that Life is made Possible.

(Spirit of Truth) Those that are called parents should know that their children does not belong to them. They belong to the Heaven that will be Established on Earth, when Life remove all Evil thoughts and practices of Sin.
If their children did belong to them, they would not have been kept in the dark, they would have showed them love by teaching them Truth. The Children are conceived in the sins of the Parents and cannot be held accountable for what they have become.
