Africans who take the resources that is on the Land they inherited can be locked up for it, while those who are trespassers on the Land and have claim ownership to its natural resources that does not benefit the Native people of the Land, is given legal authority by the law! Whose Law?.
Now who do you blame first, those that are exploiting the Natural Resources through greed, that is causing destruction to the Land and its people, or those who allow them to exploit the resources of the Land?
You must first root out the source of the problem and it is the Africans who betray themselves for their personal benefits and greed and not the benefit of their people. Those brought as slaves in the West and is given authority, also use it against their own people.
Money cannot solve the problem of Africa, it is the problem. You solve problem with solution, which is to rid the Earth of the Old order (Money) and replace it with the New, a return to the Garden of Life that Africa once was.
